These fields are how the calculator users put their info into the calculator. After you placed the input field(s), add at least a Formula field to perform a calculation. If you also want to save the results, add a Button field.
You can even load a calculator with predefined values, for example if you have the calculator at this URL: https://mysite.com/?QA=100&QB=200 The QA question of the calculator would be prefilled with the value 100 and the QB question would be filled with 200
